My husband and I met Paul in 1988.  We knew immediately after seeing his beautiful home [that] he built, we wanted him to build ours.  Paul did build our home for us.  We were so thriilled with it, soon after he built us a gazebo in our backyard.  In 2000, we asked him once again to build something for us;  this time a carriage house garage.  We got exactly what we wanted.  Everyone comments on it.  Paul is such an experienced builder.  With great ideas, we don’t even consider getting other quotes.  My Mom recently wanted to replace some windows in her house.  We wanted someone who would do it correctly so of course I said, “call Paul!”  We have even seen people taking pictures of our house and garage, impressed with the work.  I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone.

In 1994, I purchased a contemporary saltbox three bedroom, two full bath home which Paul Audet had built in 1985.  I was impressed with its design and passive solar feature.  Then two years ago when I decided to convert the detached garage into a cottage, I contracted with Paul to do the work.  Together we planned the layout, discussed details, and agreed on a contract for the work.  My confidence in his integrity and workmanship was such that I left for two months while he began the work.  We kept in touch by e-mail so I was able to see photos of the progress and to be apprised of any changes.  Upon my return I was delighted to find the cottage basically completed.  Audet Builder’s craftsmanship had created a wonderful open spaced dwelling that I am happy to live in.  In addition to Paul’s building expertise, is his choice and supervision of subcontractors who’s work in drywall, plumbing, electrical and kitchen design was outstanding.  All work was done in a timely manner and the pricing was fair and clearly understood.  Upon completion of my cottage, I asked Paul to redesign the kitchen in the main house, which he did much to my satisfaction.  Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with Paul Audet’s work and immediately recommended him to a friend for whom he did a very successful remodel.  If you contract with Paul Audet, the result will be quality work by a craftsman with integrity.

Paul Audet Builders was originally referred to me by a friend who had hired Paul to remodel his home.  We had just bought a home that needed a complete remodel and expansion. We hired Audet Builders for the job and were so impressed with Paul and this crew's work that I asked Paul to quote on a 36-unit conversion project that I bought.  This was 36 apartments in 6 buildings that were in tough shape.  We converted them all into completely remodeled condominiums. I hired Paul for this project as well.  His crew did all the demo and construction and he also was General Contractor for electrical, plumbing and other subs. It required a lot of thought and problem solving to produce modern, up-to-date condos while preserving the historic features for the buildings.  Paul accomplished this with great success.

Paul is hard working, a smart problem-solver, honest, and very talented.  I will definitely use Audet Builders for future projects.

We originally hired Paul to do a mudroom for us back in 2010.  Like most home owners, we've had our fair share of horror stories and we were cautiously optimistic when we hired Paul.
